Settling is unsettling

I was reading an article from the mind your reality blog and something about blog post got me thinking about how we can create our realities. Yes, we talk about this a lot but, I don't know why this made me realize that, I am still settling for so much crap in my life. If our thoughts become our realities says quantum psychics, we are either creating consciously or unconsciously. Meaning whether we like it or not we are getting what he think and believe.  I realized there where some things in my life that I was still trying to battle outside instead of focusing my attention on what I want, and letting the universe fix it. Some of these battles included people who I had negative feelings towards. I realized today that I put those people there( my thoughts created them) and if we are all one then I am just hating and being negative to myself. Also with in all this I realized (again) the more you focus your attention on something the more energy you feed it and it grows bigger. I heard someone say the other day that our lives are a reflection of our mind and when we look into the mirror if we want the reflection to smile we have to smile first.

My last post was on being conscious and I think this is a key role in our reality creation, we cannot except to create what we want if we can't even be aware. There are so many parts of our days that we do with out thinking because they have become a habit. We have to start at the beginning when we first wake up to be able to set in motion change. This is only because from the moment we wake up we are set into autopilot, the very first thing we do triggers us to do what we do, the rest of the day.

We have control of our entire reality and we do not have to settle for any part we do not like. We don't have to get mad at it and tell it to leave just simply focus on what we want. We also have to quite getting caught up into what is negative because this allows it to fester more and as irresponsible as this sounds, you must learn to ignore it. As bad as it may look and as much attention as it may look like it needs do you think worrying about it will fix it?? No absolutely not.


I will be honest this post was probably mainly for myself, but I am in hopes that it helps someone else as well. They say we teach what we need to hear the most and for me it is true 100% of the time:)

Do you start your day? Or does your day start you??

 
“If a tree falls in the forest, and no one is there, does it make a sound?” Quantum physics teaches us that if no one is there, there is no forest!

I love the quote above, It sparked the inspiration for this whole post! I have been really diving into quantum physics again lately and when I ran across this quote it made me think how we are creating our realities.
There is beyond enough scientific evidence that this true and if you are interested in learning more then I believe this site(http://iempowerself.com/54_quantum_physics.html )does a fabulous job explaining it all and sharing the experiments. Maybe one day I will do my own post on the subject because as I sit and think of it ,a flood of information and ideas are rushing to my head.

Ok back on track...We create our own realities, that is why we are here right? We want to create awesome realities! Well I have had some things happen recently that well, kinda pissed me off. But instead of letting me get super upset about them, I decided that I had to do something different this time. It had to be a learning experience because this is something I want to never happen again.

I learned A LOT in day, but this seems to be the most valuable information that I wanted to share with you all.

Being conscious is a key factor! How many times a day do you think and intend what you want before it happens. A matter of a fact, when you wake up in the morning what are thinking? Do you even know? Does it all happen so fast that it feels like a rush and, the next thing you know it is 3pm and you don't know where the day went?

I have indented many things before that actually worked out but, the key for me was intending something before it reached the outcome I didn't want. I will restate this because I think is important, We need to intend our outcome before the outcome becomes reality, or before it is motion. You want full creativity on this, you don't want to be saving your butt halfway through because that never works! Once we get to this point we are in a panic mode and we are trying really hard and getting really frustrated and it kills the whole process. We must intend first!

We can't blame anyone else but ourselves for this.  When we are unconscious to our life, we have our old programming that the universe builds off of thus getting the same crap, different day scenario...

So here is a little schedule to follow starting tomorrow morning, try it and see how different your day is:

Start your day,,, don't let your day start you!

1.Wake-up and consciously Thank the world for letting you have this day to create and intend all that you want!
2.Take time to think how you would like your day to unfold, visualize it.
3 meditate on it!
4 Yoga is good to keep you aware, you are noticing your whole body it is a great tool and way of life.
5. Before you do anything big, intend or visualize what you want the outcome to be…






When you are aware of what you want and intend it, the universe uses that focus and energy to create what you want. When you don't it will pull old patterns and beliefs.  

~ something else I learned today that I will share and this will help with your intentions.
When you are manifesting are you wanting this certain something because you think it will make you happy? If you are you must stop because first of all you maybe manifesting for a while and secondly because that thing will not make you happy, of course. We must be happy now, and with what we have but excitedly wanting more. You know the saying you win more flies with honey, well when you are happy you are going to be manifesting so much more. If you are trying to manifest something that will make you happy then it will always be something that never comes. We only attract what we want  when we are in that good vibe.

So today look for reason to be happy right now, it is ok to be happy with what you have and it is ok to want more. Look around and find every detail that is amazing and thank God for it!

Thoughts that don't serve/Idol words=actions that don't serve

Limited thoughts need to be eradicated. They limit our our limitless freedom and natural state.
When we can reprogram our subconscious and believe in a amazing world where anything is possible we open ourselves to letting anything happen!
How do get rid of these thoughts so we can move forward??
We must first identify the limiting beliefs, this is something you may have thought you have done before but this is something that takes serious attention. 
You need to be COMPLETELY HONEST with yourself about this part and what you believe...imagine this you are in your darkest hour how would you react to a negative sitution?

Say you lost every bit of money you have and you have a bill that is due??

How would you react?

Seriously how would you react, would you freak out? Do you believe you would freak out? Do you believe that you would have faith at first but then after a few days of not seeing any results you start to loose hope.

Those are the questions you need to ask, those are what determines that OUTCOME.
You can repeat something over and over to yourself but if you REALLY don't believe then you are going to keep getting the same outcome.
Some incidents will have different reactions to them you may fear one thing more than another. 

Taking time to change your beliefs will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Make a list of these beliefs and one by one look at them. Where did this belief come from? Is there a certain incident or person that makes you think of this belief?

 I relate a lot of my situations to the way things where when my husband and I where first married, I am still expecting the same outcomes. Even though I have grown in so many ways and learned so much. 

Maybe you feel the same way? Maybe you are expecting situations based on past incidents in your life, maybe they are from not that long ago? But you have grown , do you know better now? Then you should expect a different outcome!

Even if you haven't, right now in this moment you are learning that you do deserve everything and the only reason you don't have is because you don't believe you deserve it, you are your own worst enemy, you block what is good from coming through. If you can read that and agree then you have grown and know more now and you can expect a better outcome!


Re-write bad beliefs
Once we have identified the belief and where it has come from, now it is time to prove to yourself otherwise. We have to write new beliefs. These new beliefs should overwrite the negative beliefs completely. I have heard that it takes time to do this, but I honestly do not think it takes time to reprogram your beliefs. If we believe it takes time it will, but if we can believe it can be instant then that is amazing!

One way we can change our thoughts instantly( I picked this up from a video I watched by Rob Williams the psychology of change)
Look over your list, pick one of your negative beliefs, think about how you would really want to believe example: I am a money magnet, repeat this over and over and listen to all those other voices in your head. What do they say? Do they debate this thought, they don't believe this. These are your real beliefs! Keep saying the new belief over and over, until you feel the difference when you say this. At first you can feel the resistance and almost like you are lying to yourself, but after saying this over and over you will start to well, believe it.

Most of our problem is we are lying to ourselves, if we could be honest with ourselves it would help us in our journey.

Another way is to as I said when you make the list, going over each negative belief, finding the root and then, proving to yourself that that is not always the case and the outcome can be what you make it. I do this by seeking out success stories and people who are encouraging I love listening to people who start out from the rough end of town and built there lives from nothing, most the time they have had it worse than I ever did. These stories feed my mind the idea that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

Work with yourself and intend to make a change, intention is a huge key in success. I can sometimes say " I intend ____ to happen" and it does...so when you say that statement be ready to see change.
